The simplicity of the Oni Chair is one of its most striking features, though such simple aesthetics are not easily achieved. The use of through mortise and tenon joinery for the seat rail, and our custom finger joinery - connecting the front legs to the back rail - allow for supreme strength with minimal aesthetic impact. Handcrafted from American Oak in our Mullumbimby workshop the Oni Chair can be used as a stand alone feature piece or as a complete dining set.

MATERIALS

The Oni Chair is made from FSC Certified furniture grade American Oak with Chain of Custody Accreditation. Other timbers options include American Walnut and Tasmanian Blackwood.

The Oni Chair is made to order, handcrafted over 4-8 days by our small team of skilled makers, in our Mullumbimby workshop. Lead times vary between 10-16 weeks.
